Homemade Ricotta Cheese

I believe 'Homemade' is always better, always healthier.  You always know what is the ingredients and you are taking control of the amount of the ingredients used.  So now I try to look for everything in 'homebake' as much as possible.  There is one I found about 'Homemade Ricotta Cheese'.

As usual I don't know how to make one up without referring to others, so here is the recipe I found from About.com which I haven't tried but am going to.
